Step by Step Guide at last :- 

1) Download all 3 files : the exe , setup1.box and setup2.box (either 32 bit or 64 bit) from the above given links.. 

2) After downloading the files, simply double click on the executable, e.g. Win7-P-Retail-en-us-x86.exe to start unloading the box and to install Windows 7. Note that 3 files must be put together in the same directory.

3) Browse into the folder where you extracted all the files to and open up the ExpandedSetup /sources/ folder and locate remove "ei.cfg" file from it So that all versions (STARTER , HOME BASIC, HOME PREMIUM, PROFESSIONAL and ULTIMATE) get unlocked and you can install any of them.

Install a fresh new copy of Windows 7 Do not enter any key when it asks to enter  just click on next
Use the downloaded 7 Loader to activate your Windows 7.
